Q. Why is this model pricier than other Dewbell filtered showerheads?

A: Dewbell ShowerAe MAX is the new model that offers activated carbon filter, anti-chlorine filter balls, anti-bacterial filter balls, and the body of baby-safe Tritan plastic. Existing models are Models 100 and 300 series, this is 700 series, one of Dewbell's newest models.

Q. How does Dewbell ShowerAe MAX compare to other shower filters made in Korea?

A: It's difficult to choose which showerhead to purchase from Korea as there are many brands and manufacturers. Tinge of Soul works with Dewbell, the 30-year R&D manufacturer of household water filtration systems, to directly provide ShowerAe MAX. Not only are the materials US FDA-approved, but the finished product is also quality assured by Korea Certification.

Q. What does this filter do?

A: The filter removes residue that accumulates in old pipelines and chlorines used for processing tap water systems. Residue may be rusts of metal pipeline from aging. The chlorine content in tap water may differ in different communities depending on the supplier.

Tinge of Soul ships out all products after carefully examining each item for product conditions. We pack the products individually and carefully where we can (such as for ceramics). We also take photos of our orders before shipping out to ensure the safety and condition of your package.

We ship out the products on the same business day for orders placed before 14:00 KST. Otherwise, orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped with next day's shipment.

Note that shipping weight differs from product's net weight. "Net weight" does not include the weight of the packaging.
