Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via tinge.of.soul@gmail.com when your order has shipped. 

Any and all potential delays due to high volume or orders or postal service problems shall be warned ahead of time, unless Tinge of Soul LLC was not informed prior to the time of order. 

Domestic and International Standard Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer various shipping orders internationally. Standard International shipping is charged by weight of the products under 2 kg (or 4.41 lb). For orders over 2 kg, contact our staff via What's App or email for customized order. 

We have defined our current shipping regions into the following groups, per shipping availability by our logistics partner, Korea Post, and their available shipping prices. We're happy to be able to ship to more than 70 countries around the world!:

Standard Domestic

Due to different different calculation methods, Domestic shipping within South Korea is based on purchase price, rather than weight.

Business Days are calculated based on holidays from South Korea and the country that the product is being shipped to.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tinge of Soul LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tinge.of.soul@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Tinge of Soul LLC sends our products to the customers through Korea Post. Korea Post is linked to your local logistics company. If your local official postal service does not ship to P.O. Boxes, it is not Tinge of Soul LLC's responsibility to track the return of the unshipped product. Unintended return shipping fee may be deducted from your order payment as a result of local postal service's inability to complete the last-mile delivery. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please our return policy for full details on refunds, returns, and exchanges. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tinge.of.soul@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please read the policy thoroughly before purchasing. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
