MILKY OOLONG TEA
Milky Oolong (or jinxuan oolong) is a unique roasted oolong tea originated from Taiwan. Milky oolong is a nickname dubbed for its signature buttery aroma and flavor naturally from the tea leaves.
Milky oolong is a light-oxidized oolong tea made with the jinxuan cultivar, developed in Taiwan. Its roasting and quality of leaf determines how buttery it may be. Note that tea leaf has no fat -- just mimics a buttery flavor.

Hand-picked from the high altitudes at 1600m (5200 ft), Milky Oolong is packed refreshing umami and buttery notes. The lingering sweetness that the Taiwanese love is also there -- with a reminder of stone fruit.
The tea boasts a bright lemony yellow liquor that darkens gradually as you brew more cups. The savory yet sweet flavors are just what you needed in your Japanese-inspired fish dishes or after some greasy Chinese food.
It also helps that it's got just enough caffeine to keep you alerted all day without the spike or the crash. Just brew half a teaspoon of it in your tea mug or tea pot. Observe the beautiful leaves unfold and the sweet aroma spread across the room. Enjoy!
